Freedom Wear Co (ABN 45 279 327 717) prints custom and slogan apparel in Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Your name, email address and phone number when you contact us, ask for a quote or place an order.
Your delivery address so we can ship your order.
Order details, such as the garments, sizes, colours and quantities you choose.
Artwork, logos and design ideas you send us for custom orders.
Messages you send us by email or through the forms on this site.
We do not collect or store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by PayPal on its own secure checkout, so we only see that a payment was made, the amount, and the name, email and delivery address you gave PayPal.
Why we collect it
To reply to enquiries and send quotes and mockups.
To print, pack and deliver your order.
To handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
To keep business and tax records, as Australian law requires.
We only send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Your artwork
Designs you send us are used only to make your order. We won't sell them, share them, or use them for anything else without your permission. You keep the rights to your own designs. We keep artwork files for as long as you might want a reorder, and we delete them sooner if you ask.
Who we share it with
We only share what each service needs to do its job:
PayPal, to process payments.
Australia Post, to deliver your order (your name, address and phone number).
VentraIP, which hosts this website and its forms.
Google, which provides our business email and the "I'm not a robot" check on our forms.
Some of these companies may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
This website uses cookies that it needs to work properly and to protect our forms from spam. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we keep it safe
We keep your information in password-protected business accounts and only use it for the reasons above. We keep order records for 5 years for tax purposes, then delete them.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we don't need to keep it by law. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a privacy complaint, email sales@freedomwearco.com.au. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
